Hewekes House
This project involved a comprehensive measured survey of Hewkes House, a 5-bedroom Grade II listed building in Norfolk. Given its central town location, capturing the surrounding context was essential to support the planning application and meet the requirements of the local authority.
The survey was meticulously drawn in Archicad, ensuring every historic detail was accurately represented. By incorporating the wider urban context, we provided the architects with the precise information needed to develop a proposal that aligned with heritage and planning constraints.
At Scan-Plan, we specialise in delivering detailed and accurate surveys for sensitive projects, ensuring architects have the data they need to navigate complex planning processes with confidence.

The visuals below, created by the architects, showcase how our survey data played a crucial role in helping the client and planning authorities visualise the proposed design—demonstrating the importance of accuracy and context in heritage projects.
