A stunning Grade II listed property in the heart of Hampstead, requiring a highly detailed measured survey to capture every architectural feature with precision. With a 12-working-day turnaround, we delivered a complete survey of this five-storey home, drawn in Archicad and seamlessly integrated into the architect’s own template. This ensured a smooth workflow for the design team, enabling them to focus on their creative process while working from an accurate, ready-to-use model.
By using our measured survey and 3D model, Rise Design Studio was able to create high-quality visuals more efficiently for their client at Hampstead House. We provided a fully detailed model, drawn up in their own Archicad template, ensuring seamless integration with their workflow and saving them the time and effort of adapting external files.
