Castor House

Commissioned by Studio MCW, this project involved a comprehensive measured survey of a spacious six-bedroom house, set within an impressive seven-acre plot. In addition to capturing the full building, we conducted a topographical survey of specific areas as per the architect’s requirements, ensuring they had the precise site data needed for design development.

 

With a 12-working-day turnaround, we delivered an accurate and highly detailed survey package, including a complimentary 3D model in SketchUp to support the architectural process. The 3D model proved invaluable, enabling Studio MCW to efficiently develop and refine their design proposals by sketching directly onto the existing conditions—saving considerable time and enhancing their ability to present their vision.
