For this private client, the goal was to secure planning permission for a glass elevator within the lightwell of their property. Given the tight spatial constraints, an exceptionally detailed and precise survey was required to ensure a seamless integration within the existing structure.

 

Our scope included a full measured survey of the lightwell as well as the communal areas  of the property, capturing the building’s intricate detailing throughout. Accuracy was essential not only for design coordination but also to meet the stringent requirements of the planning process.

 

To streamline workflow and minimise adjustments, we delivered the drawings in the architects’ template, ensuring immediate usability and saving valuable time for the design team.

 

Despite the complexities of the site, we successfully completed the project within our standard 10-working-day turnaround, providing the client and architects with the detailed information they needed to move forward with confidence.
